Eases my sciatic pain.

I bought something similar, which was primarily aimed at gym goers. It did provide some support for my back, but the part that was in contact with my skin was a kind of neoprene, which made me sweaty and uncomfortable. Now this is a whole different thing. Proper back support and it`s breathable, which means I can wear it for long periods comfortably. As an added bonus it helps control my belly which is reducing anyway due to me adopting a healthier diet. So overall, it`s a win win for me.
